Which of your garages looks after BMWs?

Can you service my BMW whilst it is under warranty?
Yes. You can have your BMW serviced by an independent garage without affecting its warranty, as long as it's serviced to BMW's schedule with the right parts. That's exactly what we do, and we record every service.
How do I know what service my BMW is due?

Does my BMW have a timing belt or a timing chain?
Modern BMW engines use a timing chain, which doesn't need replacing at set intervals but can wear over time. If you hear a rattle when the engine starts, book in for fault finding as soon as you can, as it can cause serious damage if left.
Why is my BMW showing a drivetrain malfunction or engine management light?
It means your BMW has spotted a fault and may reduce power to protect itself. There are lots of possible causes, so drive gently and book in for BMW fault finding and we'll find out what's wrong.
Why is my BMW DPF light on?
The DPF light means the filter in your exhaust needs to clean itself, which usually happens on a longer drive at a steady speed. If the light stays on, book in for fault finding and we'll take a look.
Can you replace and code a new battery on my BMW?
Yes. A new BMW battery needs registering so the car charges it properly. We fit the right battery for your model and register it in house.
Do you work on BMW electric and hybrid models?
Yes. We service, MOT and carry out general repairs on electric and hybrid BMWs, such as brakes, suspension and tyres. We don't work on the high-voltage battery or drive system.
