Our History
Looking After Worthing's Cars Since 1982
For over 40 years, Cedar Garage has been looking after cars across Worthing and West Sussex. Today, with our Tarring Road workshop in Worthing and our German Car Specialists in Sompting, we're still proudly independent and still putting our customers first.
Our Values
We Live by One Motto: IMPRESS
Each letter of IMPRESS stands for something every member of our team strives for, from our technicians to management. The final S stands for 'See the Difference', and it's what we live by. If our customers can't see a positive difference between us and other garages, we haven't done our job.
I: Improve
No one is perfect, but we're all aiming to get as close as possible, through ongoing training and development.
M: Memorable
We want Cedar Garage to be remembered for the right reasons, with every customer feeling our service was second to none.
P: Professional
Our customers need to trust us completely, so we act professionally in everything we do.
R: Re-check
Everyone makes mistakes, but it's our job to put them right before they ever affect a customer.
E: Exceed
Simply meeting expectations isn't good enough. We aim to exceed them, on every visit, not just the first.
S: Smile
Happy employees make happy customers. We want our team to enjoy their work, because it shows.
S: See the Difference
The one that brings it all together. From the quality of the work to the way you're looked after, every visit should leave you noticing the difference.
