We may update and change the Website from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our customers' needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
5. Availability of the Website
The Website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. 8. Prices, Quotes and Online Bookings
Any prices, offers or estimates shown on the Website are a guide only and may change. Prices and availability are only confirmed when we provide you with a quote or confirm your booking. Submitting a booking request or enquiry through the Website does not create a contract between us. A contract is only formed when we confirm your booking, and it will be governed by our Terms of Service.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Website must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the content on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
The Cedar Garage name and logo are our trade marks. Other names, logos and trade marks shown on the Website, including vehicle manufacturer names and logos, belong to their respective owners. Their use on the Website is for identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.

Customer reviews displayed on the Website may be provided by third-party review platforms such as Google. Those reviews reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them and are displayed as published on those platforms.
12. Viruses and Security
We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Website, and you should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. 13. Links to Other Websites
Where the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties (such as review platforms, social media, manufacturers or industry bodies), these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
14. Linking to the Website
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to the Website on any website that is not owned by you. The Website must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
15. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
Whether you are a consumer or a business user
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are a consumer
We only provide the Website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Website for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are a business user
We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Website or any content on it. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Website, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
16. How We Use Your Personal Information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
17. Suspending or Ending Your Access
If you breach these Terms, or we reasonably believe you have, we may suspend or withdraw your right to use the Website immediately, block your access to it, and take any other action we consider appropriate, including legal action.
18. Complaints
If you have any concerns or complaints about the Website, please contact us using the details in section 1 and we will do our best to resolve them promptly. Complaints about vehicle work or services we have carried out will be handled in line with our Terms of Service.
As a business accredited by The Motor Ombudsman, if we are unable to resolve a complaint about vehicle work or services with you directly, you may refer it to The Motor Ombudsman's free and impartial dispute resolution service. You can find out more at www.themotorombudsman.org.
19. Severance and Waiver
If any court or relevant authority decides that any part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaching these Terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
20. No Third Party Rights
These Terms are between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these Terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
