We carry out interim, full and manufacturer services on all makes and models, from family hatchbacks to vans and prestige vehicles. Using the correct parts and fluids for your vehicle helps us ensure your warranty stays protected even outside of a main dealer. Whether you're due a routine service or it's been a while since your last one, we'll check everything that matters and let you know if anything needs attention.

We offer three levels of servicing, so you only pay for what your vehicle actually needs. If you're not sure which one, our helpful Service Advisors will recommend the right service when you book.
Engine Oil & Fluids
Interim Service
Drain engine oil, replace oil filter and refill with manufacturer-recommended oil
Check and top up under-bonnet fluids and tyre pressures
Inspection of the engine bay and underside, including steering and suspension
Comprehensive Check
Full Service
Drain engine oil, replace oil filter and refill with manufacturer-recommended oil
Replace air filter
Check under-bonnet fluids and tyre pressures
Inspection of the engine bay and underside, including steering, suspension and brakes
Lubrication and adjustment of components where required
The Most Thorough
Manufacturer Service
Drain engine oil, replace oil filter and refill with manufacturer-recommended oil
Check and top up under-bonnet fluids and tyre pressures
Replace air filter
Replace pollen filter
Replace fuel filter (diesel only)*
Replace spark plugs (petrol only)**
In-depth inspection of the engine bay, underside, steering and suspension
Lubrication and adjustment of components where required
Wheels removed to check and inspect brakes (drum brakes removed and cleaned)
*Fuel filters with a built-in sensor may carry an additional cost.
**Spark plugs are an additional cost if replacement is required.
Do you need to book in your vehicle's annual service?
Book in your vehicle service today. You are welcome to wait in our customer area with free WiFi and hot drinks while we complete your service. Alternatively, if you need a full or manufacturer service, drop your keys with us in the morning and we'll call you as soon as it's ready, usually the same day.

Can you update my digital service record?
Yes. We update your digital service record every time you have a service with us.
Do you valet my car after the service?
We'd love to, but unfortunately we don't have the space at either of our workshops.
My car is under warranty, can you service it?
Yes. We'll check what's due under the manufacturer's schedule and service it to match, so your warranty stays protected.
Do I have to have a manufacturer service?
If your car is still under warranty, we recommend a manufacturer service to keep it protected. If it's out of warranty, we'll let you know which service is best based on its mileage and history.
Do you service all makes of vehicle?
Yes, we service all makes and models, from family cars to vans and prestige vehicles. We also specialise in Audi, BMW, Citroen, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes, Mini, Peugeot, Porsche, Range Rover, SEAT, Skoda, Vauxhall and Volkswagen.
Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced, or do I need to drop it off?
Whichever suits you. You're welcome to wait with tea, coffee and free Wi-Fi for shorter jobs, or drop your car off and collect it later, usually the same day. We also offer collection and delivery.
